摘要
超临界二氧化碳萃取(SFE-CO2)技术能快速有效地萃取出所需物质,在中药成分的提取分离中发挥着重要作用。通过比较SFE-CO2和传统提取方法对有效成分的萃取率及药理活性,总结该技术在中药领域的应用进展,探讨不足之处及发展前景,为SFE-CO2深入应用于中药研究提供参考。
Supercritical fluid extraction with CO2(SFE-CO2)has the characteristics of fast extraction and high content of effective components,which plays an important role in the extracting of traditional Chinese medicine components.By comparing the extraction rates and pharmacological activity of SFE-CO2 and with that of traditional methods,the application of SFE-CO2 in traditional Chinese medicine were reviewed,the deficiencies and the development of the SFE-CO2 technology were prospected to provide reference for its further application of in traditional Chinese medicine.
