摘要 目的分析珠芽景天的黄酮类化学成分。方法采用D101型大孔树脂柱层析、反复硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20、Toyopearl HW-40F凝胶柱层析等色谱技术分离珠芽景天70%乙醇提取物,并运用质谱和核磁共振谱技术对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果共分离得到21个黄酮类化合物,首次分离得到的化合物为槲皮素-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(1)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(2)、木犀草苷(3)、柯伊利素-7-O-葡萄糖苷(4)、异鼠李素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(5)、当药黄素(6)。结论化合物1~6为首次从珠芽景天中分离得到,其中化合物4~6为首次从景天属植物中分离得到。 Objective To study the flavonoids of Sedum bulbiferum.Methods The chemical compounds were isolated by using a combination of various chromatographic techniques including D101 macroporous adsorptive resins,silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,Toyopearl HW-40 F and other methods from 70%ethanol extract of Sedum bulbiferum.Their structures were elucidated by the mass spectrometry(MS)and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectrum.Results Twenty-one flavonoids were isolated and identified.Compounds 1~6 are isolated from this plant for the first timeas:quercetin-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(1),quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(2),luteoloside(3),chrysoeriol-7-O-glucopyranoside(4),isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside(5),swertisin(6).Conclusion Compounds 1-6 are isolated from Sedum bulbiferum for the first time,compounds 4-6 are isolated from Sedum genus for the first time.
