摘要
电磁喷射点胶阀(电磁点胶阀)是一种应用于电子封装中的非接触式点胶设备。建立了电磁点胶阀喷针运动的动力学模型,并用MATLAB/SIMULINK对其工作过程进行了仿真,仿真与实验具有良好的一致性;以电磁点胶阀的喷针运动过程中的上升延迟时间、上升过程时间、保持限位时间、复位延迟时间、复位过程时间作为动态特性量化指标,通过实验探究,得出了驱动参数(启动电压、保持电压、弹簧刚度和弹簧预紧量)对电磁点胶阀动态特性的影响规律。
Electromagnetic jetting dispenser(EJD)is a non-contact dispensing device used in electronic packaging.The dynamic model for EJD’s needle is established,and the working process is simulated by MATLAB/SIMULINK,the simulation and experiment have good consistency.The rise delay time,rise process time,hold limit time,reset delay time,reset process time of the needle movement are used as the dynamic characteristic indicators,the law of the influence of driving parameters such as starting voltage,holding voltage,spring stiffness,spring preload on the dynamic characteristics is obtained experimentally.
