微波辅助法从藤椒果皮中提取黄酮的工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 为探究藤椒果皮中生物活性物质的提取技术,开发藤椒的生物医药价值,采用微波辅助法,以乙醇为提取溶剂,进行干燥藤椒果皮提取黄酮类物质的试验研究,测试提取物的红外吸收光谱,考查乙醇体积分数、料液比、微波功率、提取温度、提取时间对黄酮类物质提取率的影响。结果表明,提取物为黄酮类化合物,当乙醇体积分数55%,料液比1∶30(g∶m L),微波功率400 W,提取温度70℃,提取时间25 min时,总黄酮提取率可达8.67%。 In order to explore the extraction technology of bioactive substances from the pericarp of Zanthoxylum armatum DC and develop the biomedical value of Zanthoxylum armatum DC.This paper used microwave-assisted method and ethanol as the extraction solvent to carry out an experimental study on the extraction of flavonoids from dried rattan pepper peel.The infrared absorption spectrum of the extract was tested,and the effects of ethanol concentration,material-liquid ratio,microwave power,reaction temperature,and reaction time on the extraction rate of flavonoids were investigated.The results showed that the extract was a flavonoid compound.The optimum conditions were as follows 55%ethanol,the ration of material to liquid1∶30,microwave power 400 W,extraction temperature 70℃,extraction time 25 min,and the total flavonoid extraction rate could reach 8.67%.
