摘要
陕西是中国猕猴桃资源最丰富的地区,眉县是陕西猕猴桃主产区。果农为了生产高产量、高品质的猕猴桃,大量使用农药,不仅给消费者健康带来潜在危害,同时对环境也造成一定污染,利用检测手段,对陕西省猕猴桃主产区眉县若干猕猴桃样品中农药残留情况进行分析和评价。通过对20个采样点猕猴桃样品中农药残留情况进行了分析与评价。结果表明,陕西省猕猴桃主产区农药品种检出率45%,样品农药检出率55%。在检测的9种农药中,4种未检出,5种农药检出,检出率情况依次为多菌灵100%,氯吡脲100%,氯氟氰菊酯40%,戊唑醇40%,苯醚甲环唑检出率为20%;螺满酯、丙环唑、咪鲜胺、哒满灵均未检出。
Shaanxi is the most abundant area of kiwi resources in China,and Meicounty is the main producing area of kiwi in shaanxi.In order to produce high yield and high quality kiwi,fruit farmers use a large number of pesticides,which not only brings potential harm to consumers’health,but also causes certain pollution to the environment.This paper analyzed and evaluated the pesticide residues in some kiwifruit samples from Mei county,the main producing area of rhesus and walnut in Shaanxi province by means of testing.The pesticide residues in kiwifruit samples from 20 sampling sites were analyzed and evaluated.The results showed that the detection rate of pesticide varieties in the main producing areas of kiwifruit in Shaanxi province was 45%,and the detection rate of pesticide samples was 55%.Among the nine pesticides tested,four were not detected,while five were detected.The detection rate was 100%for carbendazim,100%for forchlofenuron,40%for cyhalothrin,40%for tebuconazole,and 20%for difenoconazole.Spirodiclofen,propiconazole,prochloraz,pyridaben were not detected.
