摘要
通过论述电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)目前应用的现状和原理,重点阐述ICP-MS中前处理技术、非质谱干扰和质谱干扰及其消除干扰的方法,同时简述仪器维护和保养的相关知识,为ICP-MS在食品检测及开展试验研究提供参考。
This article discussed the current status and principles of Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometers(ICP-MS). It focused on the pre-processing techniques,non-MS interference,and MS interference in ICP-MS,as well as the methods for eliminating interference. At the same time,the related knowledge of instrument maintenance and maintenance was briefly described,which could provide a reference for ICP-MS in food testing and experimental research.
