摘要
通过"项目驱动教学法"对陕西学前师范学院食品科学与工程专业全面深化改革,探索该专业人才培养模式在转型发展中的创新与改革途径。通过对陕西学前师范学院食品科学与工程专业转型发展的深层次剖析,找出存在的问题并分析原因,对该专业转型发展进行初步探索,制定一套切实可行的发展路径。
The food science and Engineering major of Shaanxi Xueqian Normal University was comprehensively and deeply reformed by the"project-driven teaching method",and the ways were explored in order to change the talent cultivation in the transformation and development of this major. The problems and causes were found out,and then a set of feasible development paths were made by the in-depth analysis of the transformation and development of the food science and engineering major of Shaanxi Xueqian Normal University for the preliminary exploration of the transformation and development of this major.
