摘要 食品专业实践教学中一直存在实践教学方法固化、教师工程能力偏弱、教学评价方式粗浅等多维度、多层次的问题。混合式学习具有面对面教学与在线学习有机整合的特点,在食品专业实践教学中引入这一方法具有重要意义。混合式学习在食品专业实践教学中应用时,应重点关注建设校企"利益双分"的混合式学习实践课程资源,构建"教师主导-学生主体"的混合式学习实践教学模式,打造校企共建"双导师制"混合式学习的师资资源。 There have always been multi-dimensional and multi-layered problems in the practical teaching of food specialty,such as the solidification of practical teaching methods,weak teachers’ engineering ability,and untraceable teaching evaluation methods. Blended learning has the characteristics of organic integration of face-to-face teaching and online learning. It is of great significance to introduce this method into the practical teaching of food specialty. In the application of it,we should focus on building blended learning practice curriculum resources for school and enterprise" go shares", constructing a"teacher-led and student-oriented"teaching model,and building schools co-construct teachers of"dual mentoring"blended learning.
