课程思政视角下“食品基础实验”的教学改革探索

Exploration on the Teaching Reform of Food Basic Experiment from the Perspective of Curriculum Ideology and Politics

为了落实立德树人的根本任务,将课程思政的理念融入"食品基础实验"教学中,并确定"培养学生诚实守信、团结协作的人文情怀""培养求真求实、勇于创新的科学精神""提高独立人格、终身学习的个人能力""增强绿色、低碳、环保的生态意识"的思政目标。通过加强教师课程思政能力,采用多元化的教学手段,建立德育卡片、精准育人,提高课外延伸环节的思政教育等,探讨课程思政视角下"食品基础实验"的教学改革。

In order to implement the basic task of moral education and cultivate people,the ideas and methods of curriculum ideological and political was integrated into the teaching of Food Basic Experiment. The moral education goals of cultivating the humanistic feelings of integrity and unity cooperation,cultivating the scientific spirit of seeking truth and being realistic,and innovative,improving the personal ability of independent personality and lifelong learning,and strengthening ecological consciousness of green,low-carbon and environmental protection were also defined. This paper also explored on the teaching reform of Food Basic Experiment from the perspective of curriculum ideology and politics through strengthening teachers’ ability of curriculum ideological and political,establishing moral education cards,take targeted measures to improve moral education,and improving ideological and political education in extracurricular extension.
