摘要
探究PBL-Sandwich教学模式在"食品安全学"教学中的应用效果。随机将75名食品科学与工程专业本科生平均分成3组(传统模式教学组、PBL教学组和PBL-Sandwich教学组),并通过课程考核和问卷调查2种方式进行教学效果评价。结果表明,PBL-Sandwich教学组学生的教学满意度最高,同时考核成绩显著优于其他2组(p<0.05),PBL-Sandwich教学法能充分调动学生学习积极性,提高独立思考、团队合作、语言表达和沟通能力。在"食品安全学"教学中应用PBL-Sandwich教学模式能显著提升教学效果和学生的综合学习能力。
To explore the application effect of PBL-Sandwich teaching model in Food Safety teaching.75 undergraduates majoring in food science and engineering were randomly divided into 3 groups on average(traditional mode teaching group,PBL teaching group and PBL-Sandwich teaching group),and the teaching effect was evaluated by course assessment and questionnaire survey.The results showed that the students in the PBL-Sandwich teaching group had the highest teaching satisfaction,and their test scores were significantly better than those of the other two groups(p<0.05).The PBL-Sandwich teaching method could fully mobilize students’learning enthusiasm,improve their independent thinking,teamwork,language expression and communication skills.The application of PBL-Sandwich teaching model in Food Safety teaching could significantly improve the teaching effect and students’comprehensive learning ability.
