螭霖鱼肠道微生物多样性分析 被引量:1

摘要 分析螭霖鱼肠道微生物的群落结构组成及多样性差异,研究其与其肠道内共生微生物的协同进化关系。提取螭霖鱼的肠道内容物及粪便微生物DNA样本,利用高通量测序技术进行16S V4区域扩增子测序以及生物信息学分析,共得到250958条序列。基于97%的样本相似度,样本优化聚类为1200个OTU(Operational taxonomical unit),共涉及13门24纲42目56科75属。在属水平上黄杆菌属(Flavobacterium)(44.72%)、蓝黑紫色杆菌属(Janthinobacterium)(14.08%)和气单胞菌属(Aeromonas)(9.29%)为主要优势菌群,其余菌种所占比例不大。螭霖鱼肠道内微生物群落组成较为相似,无统计学意义差异。 The community structure and diversity of intestinal microflora were analyzed in the experiment and the coevolution relationship between intestinal microflora and Chilin fish was studied at the same time.The16 S V4 region amplicon sequence and bioinformatics analysis were performed by high-throughput sequencing.A total of 250958 sequences were obtained from three samples.Based on 97%of the sample similarity,the optimal clustering of samples was 1200 OTUs(Operational taxonomy unit).There were 13 families,24 classes,42 orders,56 families and 75 genera.At genus level,Flavobacterium(44.72%),Janthinobacterium(14.08%)and Aeromonas(9.29%)were the main dominant flora.It was found that there were complex microflora in the intestinal tract of Chilin fish,but the composition of microflora was similar without significant difference.
