摘要
该试验从患病克氏原螯虾病灶部位分离出两种细菌,使用细菌学方法分析其形态特征、生理生化特性,并进行16S rRNA基因扩增和测序,同时对分离出的细菌进行药敏试验。结果显示:分离出的两种细菌分别为嗜水气单胞菌和弗氏柠檬酸杆菌,两种细菌均对恩诺沙星和硫酸新霉素两种抗生素高度敏感,对磺胺类药物均不敏感。
Two species of bacteria were isolated from infectious location of Procambarus clarkii. The morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics of isolated bacteria were analyzed by bacteriological methods. 16 S rRNA genes were amplified and sequenced, and the test of drug sensitivity was carried on at the same time. The results showed that the two isolated bacteria strains were identified as Aeromonas hydrophila and Citrobacter freundii which were both sensitive to Enrofloxacin and Neomycin Sulfate and insensitive to sulfa drugs.
