摘要
目的:观察电针结合康复训练对脑卒中后足内翻的临床疗效。方法:将72例脑卒中后足内翻患者随机分为对照组与观察组各36例,对照组进行常规康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用电针治疗。治疗前、后分别对患者进行运动功能评定和生活能力评定,运动功能从改良阿什沃思量表(MAS)、简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)、功能性步行量表(FAC)和Berg平衡量表(BBS)4个方面进行评价,生活能力以Barthel指数为评价指标。结果:治疗后,对照组FMA、FAC、BBS以及Barthel指数较治疗前有改善(P<0.05),观察组运动功能评定4项指标以及Barthel指数均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);组间比较,观察组表现均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:电针联合康复训练可有效改善脑卒中后足内翻患者运动功能及生活质量,且疗效优于单纯康复训练。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation on post-stroke strephenopodia. Methods:Seventy two patients with post-stroke strephenopodia were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training and the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture besides rehabilitation training. Before and after treatment motor function and activity of daily living(ADL) were evaluated. Motor function was evaluated using modified Ashworth muscle tension scale(MAS),simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function score(FMA),functional ambulation category(FAC),Berg balance scale(BBS),and ADL was evaluated using Barthel index. Results : After treatment, scores of FMA 、 FAC 、 BBS and Barthel index in control group improved(P <0.05),and in the observation group,scores of MAS,FMA,FAC,BBS and Barthel index improved obviously than before treatment(P <0.05). Motor function and ADL improved more obviously in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation training could improve the motor function and quality of life in patients with post-stroke strephenopodia,and the effect is better than rehabilitation training applied alone.
