厨房收纳柜适老性设计研究

Study on the Design of Kitchen Storage Cabinet Suitable for the Aged

随着我国人口老龄化问题的日趋严重,针对于老年人的厨房收纳柜设计具有巨大的社会需求和市场潜力。在这一背景下,如何充分考虑老年人的需求与感受,提高老年人使用体验成为了设计师需要重视的问题。本文通过对市面已有橱柜产品的分析,利用问卷形式对老年人橱柜产品的需求进行调研,结合老年人群体生物认知构造及行为习惯和心理特点等影响因素,总结了适老性橱柜的安全性、便利性、通用性等设计原则,为老年人橱柜收纳产品的设计提供参考。

The designs of cabinet in the kitchen have great market potential and are widely needed by society due to the increasingly serious problem of population aging.In this context,how to fully consider the needs and feelings of the elderly,and to improve their experience has become a problem that designers need to pay attention to.Combined with analysis of existing products in the market,we have conducted a survey on the old people’s needs in the form of a questionnaire,therefore summed up the design principles of safety,convenience,and universality that based on influencing factors such as the socio-biological cognition structure,behavior habits,and psychological feature of senior citizens.All of those have provided a reference to the design of the cabinet for the aged.
