乡村新民居室内环境体系研究

Research on the Indoor Environment System of New Rural Dwellings

随着乡村振兴战略的大力推进,农民的生活水平也得到了极大地提高,新民居建设成为农民追求新时代幸福感的重要一环。但我国新民居的建设目前存在诸多的局限性,由于农村经济发展客观条件以及宅基地制度的制约,导致新民居建设在室内环境部分,尤其是实际居住的舒适度和室内空间体验方面,仍然处于一个较低水平的发展层次。本文旨在探讨新民居发展过程中的室内环境体系中存在的问题,寻求应以何种思路和设计策略来解决遇到的诸多困难,真正提升农民的居住幸福感。

With the vigorous promotion of rural revitalization strategy,the living standards of farmers have been greatly improved,and the construction of new residential houses has become an important part of farmers’pursuit of happiness in the new era.However,there are many limitations in the construction of new residential houses in China.Due to the objective conditions of rural economic development and the restriction of the homestead system,the construction of new residential houses is still at a low level of development in terms of the indoor environment,especially the comfort level of actual living and indoor space experience.This paper aims to discuss the problems existing in the interior environment system during the development of new dwellings,and to find out what ideas and design strategies should be adopted to solve the difficulties encountered,so as to truly improve the residents’happiness.
