双光子钙成像技术在模型动物视皮层Ⅱ/Ⅲ层神经元功能研究中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 钙离子是哺乳动物神经细胞内的重要信使,可以介导多种细胞内信号转导通路,在调控神经元的功能方面发挥关键作用。钙信号在明确的细胞亚区发挥其高度特异性的功能,特别是在大脑视皮层中更能反映神经元的活性,因此对神经元进行钙信号的检测对研究视皮层功能尤其重要。双光子显微镜在皮层浅层区域钙信号检测方面具有独特优势。本文综述了双光子在体检测技术在模型动物视皮层Ⅱ/Ⅲ层神经元功能研究中的应用。 Calcium is an important messenger in the mammalian nerve cells which mediates a variety of intracellular signal transduction pathways and plays critical roles in regulating the neuronal functions.Calcium signaling exerts its highly specific function in a defined sub-region of the cell,especially in the visual cortex of the brain.Detection of calcium signals in neurons is particularly important for the studying of neuronal function.The two-photon microscope has a unique advantage in the detection of calcium signal in the superficial cortex.In this paper,the application of two-photon in the in vivo detection of the visual corticalⅡ/Ⅲlayer of model animals are reviewed.
