摘要 通过ASC型浸渍活性炭原材料、制备过程、成品等进行单因素实验,确定了一种对ASC型浸渍活性炭逸出氨气情况进行检测的方法,找出了各因素对产品逸出氨气的影响规律,并从中寻找到在不影响ASC型浸渍活性炭防护性能情况下降低逸出氨气的方法。在确保溶解性前提下降低含氨原材料加入比例能获得逸出氨气较小的浸渍活性炭,但直接影响氯化氰(RH80-80%)防护时间;适当增加煅烧时间及温度,产品的防护性能保持了最好的状态,产品中总的氨含量并未明显降低,逸出氨气总量却明显降低;在溶液及成品中添加硫酸铜作为氨气捕捉剂,对降低逸出氨气作用明显,但是都对氯化氰(RH80-80%)防护时间影响明显。 Through the single factor experiment of raw materials,preparation process and finished products of ASC impregnated activated carbon,a method to detect the ammonia gas escaping from ASC impregnated activated carbon was determined,and the influence law of each factor on the ammonia gas escaping from the product was found out,and the method to reduce the ammonia emission without affecting the protection performance of ASC impregnated activated carbon was found.On the premise of ensuring solubility,reducing the proportion of ammonia containing raw materials can obtain impregnated activated carbon with less ammonia emission,but it directly affects the protection time of cyanogen chloride(RH80-80%).With proper increase of calcination time and temperature,the protective performance of the product is kept in the best state,the total ammonia content in the product does not significantly reduce,but the total amount of ammonia gas escaped is significantly reduced.Adding copper sulfate as ammonia capture agent in solution and finished product has obvious effect on reducing ammonia emission,but has obvious effect on protection time of cyanogen chloride(RH80-80%).
