摘要
某锅炉厂在生产制造T91高温过热屏中,发现在机焊焊缝中多处出现大长度纵向裂纹缺陷,经多次返修无法完全修复,通过一系列工艺试验,分析并总结了出现裂纹原因,为以后的生产制造奠定了基础。
In the production and manufacture of T91 high temperature superheat screen in a boiler factory,it was found that there were many long longitudinal cracks in the welding seam of machine welding,which could not be completely repaired after repeated repair.Through a series of process tests,the causes of cracks were analyzed and summarized,which laid a foundation for future production and manufacturing.
