The truck loading and unloading station is one of the most dangerous units in the petrochemical industry.It is easy to cause material leakage in the process of loading and unloading,and then cause fire,explosion and other safety accidents.By using HAZOP analysis method,this paper systematically analyzes the operation steps of mixed pentene medium loading in the truck loading and unloading station,identifies the potential safety risks in the whole loading process to the greatest extent,and formulates safety measures for each risk,which greatly reduces the possibility of safety accidents and ensures the safety of personnel and equipment in the whole loading process.
