摘要 该示范工程采用了真空变压吸附(VPSA)方案对煤矿低浓度瓦斯气进行提浓,将甲烷含量13%左右的瓦斯气提浓到35%左右。实现了真空变压吸附工艺在低浓度瓦斯气提纯方面的工业化应用,成功探索了在甲烷爆炸极限范围内低浓度瓦斯气的安全利用问题,开辟了低浓度瓦斯安全利用的新途径和新工艺。该示范工程是目前国内规模最大的真空变压吸附瓦斯提浓装置,避免了瓦斯资源浪费,减少了温室气体排放,有良好的经济效益和环境效益,具有一定的示范性。 In this demonstration project,vacuum pressure swing adsorption(VPSA)scheme was adopted to concentrate the low concentration gas in coal mine,and the methane content of about 13%was increased to about 35%.The industrial application of vacuum pressure swing adsorption process in purification of low concentration gas was realized.The safe utilization of low concentration gas within the limit of methane explosion was successfully explored,and a new way and process for safe utilization of low concentration gas was opened up.The demonstration project is the largest vacuum pressure swing adsorption gas concentration device in China,which avoids the waste of gas resources and reduces greenhouse gas emissions.It has good economic and environmental benefits and has certain demonstration.
