摘要 山西介休义棠煤矿3#暗斜井穿层布置,布置层位在二叠系山西组至石炭系太原组。巷道施工完毕后发现硫化氢气体在巷道底板积聚,局部最高达到110×10-6,并伴随瓦斯积聚,瓦斯浓度达到1.5%。为消除安全隐患,采取注浆的方法,封堵涌出裂隙,注入材料选择对硫化氢气体吸收性较好的熟石灰浆。通过注浆处理,取得了良好的效果,彻底消除有害气体涌出。 In Yitang coal mine of Jiexiu,Shanxi Province,the 3#hidden inclined shafts are arranged in layers from Shanxi formation of Permian system to Taiyuan formation of Carboniferous system.After the completion of the tunnel construction,it is found that the hydrogen sulfide gas accumulates in the floor of the tunnel,with the local maximum of 110×10-6.With the gas accumulation,the gas concentration reaches 1.5%.In order to eliminate the hidden danger of safety,the grouting method is adopted to seal the gushing cracks,and the mature stone mortar with good absorption of hydrogen sulfide gas is selected as the injection material.Through grouting treatment,good effect is achieved and harmful gas emission is completely eliminated.
