煤制甲醇合成气压缩机的异常振动及防喘振措施 被引量:3

摘要 离心式压缩机是合成甲醇生产装置中的“心脏”,其因各种因素影响而造成的振动问题一直是运维及管理的重点和难点。研究首先介绍了某煤制甲醇合成气压缩机组,其次分析了离心式压缩机防喘振控制,最后通过对某煤制甲醇合成气压缩机振动异常情况进行分析,结合甲醇合成反应的特点,探索出了新的解决压缩机的异常振动的思路,即通过系统工艺气组分的调整,使甲醇合成反应速度基本保持稳定,消除了甲醇合成压缩机的振动异常现象。 Centrifugal compressor is the"heart"in methanol synthesis plant.The vibration problem caused by various factors has always been the focus and difficulty of operation and management.The research first introduces a coal-to-methanol synthesis gas compressor unit,then analyzes the centrifugal compressor anti surge control.Finally,through the analysis of the abnormal vibration of a coal-to-methanol synthesis gas compressor,combined with the characteristics of methanol synthesis reaction,a new idea to solve the abnormal vibration of the compressor is explored,that is,the methanol synthesis is reversed by adjusting the composition of the system process gas.The abnormal vibration phenomenon of methanol synthesis compressor was eliminated.
