摘要 在火炬系统设计中,运用传统手工计算方法,无法全面准确地计算噪声和温度对周围设备及人员的影响,通过FlareSIM软件不仅可以帮助工程设计人员进行火炬系统的热辐射计算,还可以进行噪声和温度的计算,克服了传统计算中不能计算和计算不准确的缺点。以FlareSIM设计了某地脱水站放空气项目的高架火炬,通过热辐射计算图、噪声计算图和温度计算图进行综合计算分析得到了火炬的高度,明确了热辐射、噪声和温度对地面设备和人员的影响。为类似新建火炬系统的设计提供了依据和借鉴,方便了设计人员,加快了方案设计进度和准确性。 In the design of the torch system,the traditional calculation method cannot be used to comprehensively and accurately calculate the impact of noise and temperature on the surrounding equipment and personnel.The FlareSIM can not only help the engineering designer to calculate the heat radiation of the torch system,but also perform noise.The calculation of temperature and temperature overcomes the shortcomings of traditional calculation and inaccurate calculation.In this paper,FlareSIM is used to design the elevated torch of a dehydration station air release project in a place.The height of the torch is obtained through comprehensive calculation and analysis of the heat radiation calculation chart,noise calculation chart and temperature calculation chart.The influence of thermal radiation,noise and temperature on ground equipment and personnel is clarified.It provides a basis and reference for the design of a similar new torch system,which facilitates designers and accelerates the progress and accuracy of scheme design.
