生活掌控感对腹膜透析病人容量管理行为的影响

Influence of mastery in life on volume management behavior in patients with peritoneal dialysis

[目的]探讨生活掌控感对腹膜透析病人容量管理行为的影响。[方法]便利抽取郑州市某三级甲等医院肾内科247例腹膜透析病人作为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、腹膜透析病人容量管理行为量表、生活掌控感量表调查腹膜透析病人的容量管理行为现状及生活掌控感水平。[结果]腹膜透析病人容量管理行为量表总分为(14.79±2.86)分,生活掌控感总分为(26.06±3.91)分,生活掌控感得分与容量管理行为总分呈正相关(P<0.01);多重线性回归分析结果显示,性别、文化程度、血肌酐水平及生活掌控感是腹膜透析病人容量管理行为的影响因素(P<0.01)。[结论]腹膜透析病人容量管理行为依从性有待改善,生活掌控感、性别、文化程度、血肌酐水平是其影响因素,应从提升腹膜透析病人生活掌控感水平为切入点,提升其行为依从性。

Objective:To explore the influence of mastery in life on volume management behavior in patients with peritoneal dialysis.Methods:A total of 247 peritoneal dialysis patients from the department of nephrology of a tertiary grade A hospital in Zhengzhou,were selected as subjects using convenience sampling method.Status quo on volume management behavior and mastery in life among patients with peritoneal dialysis were investigated by using the general data questionnaire,the Volume Management Behavior Scale for peritoneal dialysis patients and Personal Mastery Scale.Results:Total score of volume management behavior scale of peritoneal dialysis patients was 14.79±2.86.And total score of mastery in life was 26.06±3.91.The score of mastery in life was positively correlated with the total score of volume management behavior(P<0.01).The results of multiple linear regression showed that gender,education level,creatinine level and mastery in life were the influencing factors of volume management behavior of peritoneal dialysis patients(P<0.01).Conclusions:The compliance of volume management behavior of peritoneal dialysis patients needs to be improved,which can be influenced by mastery in life,gender,education level,and creatinine level.It should be taken as an entry point that improving the level of mastery in life,in order to raise the compliance of volume management behavior among patients with peritoneal dialysis.
