基于动机访谈技术的健康教育对牙周病病人口腔健康行为自我管理的影响

Effect of health education based on motivational interviewing on self-management of oral health behaviors among periodontal disease patients

[目的]探讨基于动机访谈技术的健康教育对牙周病病人口腔健康行为自我管理的影响。[方法]选择在上海某口腔医院就诊的182例牙周病病人作为研究对象,实施基于动机访谈技术的健康教育。干预前后比较牙周病病人口腔健康行为自我管理情况及口腔卫生指数。[结果]干预前后牙周病病人刷牙频率、时长、方式及每日漱口水漱口频率、洁牙用具使用频率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预前软垢指数(DI)、牙石指数(CI)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙龈出血指数(SBI)分别为2(2,3)分、3(2,3)分、2(2,3)分、4(4,4)分;干预后DI、CI、GI、SBI分别为1(0,2)分、1(1,1)分、1(0,2)分、1(0,2)分,干预前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]基于动机访谈技术的健康教育,有助于牙周病病人养成良好的口腔卫生习惯,提高口腔健康管理水平,对于牙周病的预防、治疗、康复起积极作用。

Objective:To explore the effect of health education based on Motivational Interviewing(MI)on self-management of oral health behaviors among periodontal disease patients.Methods:A total of 182 patients with periodontal disease,who were treated in a stomatological hospital in Shanghai,were selected as the research subjects,and MI-based health education was implemented. The selfmanagement status of oral health behavior and oral hygiene index of patients were compared before and after the intervention.Results:Before and after intervention,there were statistical differences on brushing frequency,duration,method,daily gargle frequency,and using frequency of tooth-cleaning appliances among patients with the periodontal disease(P<0. 001). Before the intervention,the soft dirt index(DI),calculus index(CI),gingival index(GI),and sulcus bleeding index(SBI)were 2(2,3),3(2,3),2(2,3),4(4,4),respectively;after the intervention,the DI,CI,GI,and SBI were 1(0,2),1(1,1),1(0,2),1(0,2),respectively. Differences before and after intervention were statistically significant(P<0. 01).Conclusions:MI-based health education could help patients with periodontal disease to develop good oral hygiene habits and improve management level of oral health,which played a positive role in the prevention,treatment and rehabilitation of periodontal disease.
