基于疫情应对的应急物流系统与区块链协同构建研究 被引量:4

摘要 完善的应急物流系统有利于保障疫区救灾和居民生活必需物资的正常供应,有助于疫区防控治疗工作的顺利进行。但新冠疫情早期出现医用物资供应不足、物流上下游环节沟通不畅等问题,暴露出应急物流系统的不完善。结合区块链技术,协同构建基于疫情应对的应急物流系统,借助其去中心化、共享和智能合约的特性,缓解信息不对称问题,提高对疫情的快速反应能力,促使应急物流效率的提升和出错率的降低,同时对“无接触化”和逆向物流的工作流程进行优化,实现对应急物流系统的整合升级。 A perfect emergency logistics system is conducive to ensuring disaster relief and the normal supply of daily necessities for residents in the epidemic area,and helps the epidemic prevention and treatment.However,during the early stage of COVID-19,problems such as insufficient medical supplies and poor communication between upstream and downstream logistics have exposed the imperfections of the current emergency logistics system.Combining with block chain technology,an emergency logistics system based on epidemic response is collaboratively constructed.Through the decentralization,sharing mechanism and smart contract features,it can alleviate information asymmetry problems,improve the rapid response ability to the outbreak,promote emergency logistics efficiency,and reduce the error rate,at the same time,optimize the working process of“contactless”and reverse logistics so as to realize the integration and upgrade of the emergency logistics system.
