Review and Strategy Construction of Labor Quality Education in Vocational Colleges in New Era

职业院校培养的是高素质劳动者和技术技能人才。由于劳动教育被弱化、软化、淡化,一些大学生存在不珍惜劳动成果、不愿劳动、不会劳动的问题,这与经济社会对人才的需求不匹配,同时也不利于职业院校的发展。为此,对职业院校现行的劳动素养教育进行审视,从劳动知识、劳动技能、劳动价值观、劳动伦理四个维度提出对策建议。

The goal of vocational colleges is to train high-quality labors and technicians.Due to the weakening of labor education,some college students do not cherish the fruits of labor,do not want to work,do not know how to work,which does not match the economic and social demand for talents,and is not conducive to the development of vocational colleges.Therefore,this paper attempts to review the current labor quality education in vocational colleges and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation of labor quality perspectives of labor knowledge,labor skills,labor values and labor ethics.
