摘要
沪苏通长江公铁大桥主航道桥为主跨1092 m的公铁两用双塔钢桁梁斜拉桥,该桥所处长江河段为长江黄金水道中最繁忙的水域,航道宽度有限(主墩间宽约700 m),船舶交通流密集、复杂,日均船舶流量超2000艘次。大桥计划架梁吊装49次,施工周期531 d,水上架梁施工对长江主航道船舶通航影响明显。为保障大、小型船舶安全通航的水域宽度,根据相关规范进行水上交通组织方案初步设计,49次架梁作业中有34次需采取不同形式的封航措施。为尽可能减少主航道桥架梁施工对该水域交通组织的影响,优化水上交通组织初步设计方案,将主航道宽度由700 m拓宽到800 m,交通组织需临时封航次数减少至18次;针对航道拓宽条件下18次需临时封航的情况,通过采用“限大船、疏小船”的方案实现了零封航水上交通组织。
The main navigational channel bridge of Shanghai-Suzhou-Nantong Changjiang River Rail-cum-Road Bridge is a two-pylon,steel truss girder,rail-cum-road cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 1092 m.The bridge is located in the busiest water area of Changjiang River,where the width of the navigation channel is limited(about 700 m between the main piers),the vessel traffic is dense and complicated,with daily volume over 2000.A number of 49 times of girder hoisting and a construction schedule of 531 d were planned,and the over-water girder erection would significantly affect the transportation of the main navigation channel of the Changjiang River.To reserve safe width for big and small vessels,the preliminary river traffic organization schemes were designed in accordance with the related codes.34 out of the 49 times of girder hoisting should be carried out with different navigation channel closing measures.To make the influence of girder erection of main navigation channel bridge on the river traffic organization as minimal as possible,the preliminary river traffic organization schemes were optimized,as a result,the width of the main navigation channel was expanded from 700 m to 800 m,and the temporary vessel transportation closure times was reduced to 18 times.And on the basis of 18 times of temporary vessel transportation closure times with th e expanded navigation width,a further scheme of limiting big vessels and diverting small vessels was implemented to realize zero closure of navigation channel during the construction.
