Type Analysis and Development Trend of Liquid Accelerator for Shotcrete

水泥速凝剂是喷射混凝土施工中的重要添加剂,在喷射混凝土施工中能使混凝土在较短时间内凝结硬化且具有较高强度,常用于抢修或井巷中,以达到混凝土快速凝结的目的。分析了国内外一些学者的研究成果,就喷射混凝土所使用的各类液体速凝剂的性能特点、应用现状及发展趋势进行总结,分析了其存在的问题,提出了相关建议。

Cement accelerator is an important additive in shotcrete construction.It can make concrete solidified and hardened in a short time and highly strengthened in shotcrete construction.It is often used in rush repairment or well roadway to achieve the purpose of rapid concreting.This paper analyzes the research results from some scholars at home and abroad,summarizes the performance characteristics,application status and development trend of all kinds of liquid accelerator used in shotcrete,also expounds the existing problems and puts forward relevant suggestions.
