摘要
以废弃玻璃钢粉粒、不饱和树脂196为主要原料,以环烷酸钴为引发剂,以过氧化甲乙酮为促进剂,通过热压方法,制备建筑装饰板材。结果显示,随引发剂和促进剂用量增加,板材拉伸强度和冲击韧性先增后减,树脂对板材性能的影响与引发剂相似。引发剂用量为树脂用量的2.0%,促进剂用量为1.25%时,引发和促进效果最佳;结果表明,树脂用量100份时,引发剂用量为2.0%,促进剂用量为1.25%时,板材性能最佳,拉伸强度达到最大值17.5 MPa,冲击强度为12.3 kJ/m2。经掺入不同颜料形成的板材色彩均匀美观,具有装饰效果。
The Architectural decorative plate is prepared from waste glass fiber reinforced plastics(GFRP)powdery particle,unsaturated resinl96 cobalt naphthenate and methyl ethyl ketone peroxide.The plate is moulded by hot pressing.The results show that,with the adding of initiators and accelerants,the properties of samples are increased and the effects of unsaturated resin are similar.The works of initiators and accelerants are better when the mixed amounts are 2.0%and 1.25 respectively.Furthermore,when the amounts of unsaturated resin are 100 parts,the strength of samples is the highest with the 17.5 MPa of tensile strength and the 12.3 kJ/m2 of impact strength.Also,the decorative effects are founded in the color plate when the pigments are added into the mixtures.
