摘要
基于ABAQUS热力耦合有限元方法,对汽车前防撞梁热冲压成形过程中应力场进行了研究,建立了22MnB5高强钢的热-弹塑性有限元模型,结果表明:防撞梁在成形的过程中直壁和凹槽圆弧过渡区是整个防撞梁应力最大的区域,最大残余应力为418.5MPa,是淬火后22MnB5钢抗拉强度的27%,对防撞梁的安全使用影响较小,可以不考虑去应力退火。
Based on ABAQUS,the thermo-mechanical coupling FEM was used to investigate the stress field of the hot stamping for the front bumper.The thermo-mechanical coupled finite element model of 22MnB5 high strength steel was developed.The results show that the maximum stress area of the front bumper beam in the forming process was the straight wall and the arc transition area.The maximum residual stress was 418.5MPa,which was 27%of the tensile strength of the quenched 22MnB5 steel.The stress relief annealing might not be considered as the residual stress had less impact on the safe use of anti-collision beams.
