摘要
为了解决UTV全地形越野车在恶劣工作环境中,后桥箱体出现裂纹这一问题,采用有限元仿真分析手段,对UTV后桥箱体进行建模,分别计算了后驱在前进和倒车两种工况下的箱体齿轮及轴承受力,求解了箱体的应力分布,结果表明,箱体强度不合格,与实车使用过程中失效位置一致,为此提出了箱体结构的局部优化方案,解决了箱体结构存在问题。
The UTV all-terrain off-road vehicle has a harsh working environment.During the work process,the rear axle box cracked.To solve this problem,the finite element simulation analysis method was used to model the UTV rear axle box,and the rear drive was calculated separately.The stress of the box gears and bearings under the forward and reverse working conditions was solved,and the stress distribution of the box was solved.The analysis results show that the strength of the box is unqualified,which is consistent with the failure position during the use of the real car.This paper proposes optimization.
