基于同步电机阻尼绕组技术创新的研究

摘要 同步电机的阻尼绕组在同步电机的设计中已成为电机结构中不可或缺的一部分,同步电机的阻尼绕组不仅在电机的启动过程中起着举足轻重的作用,在同步电动机异步启动时,还可以利用阻尼绕组中的感应电流与定子旋转磁场相互作用产生异步启动转矩,使同步电动机启动;在电机运行中也对电机的稳定起着重要的调节作用。针对同步电机阻尼绕组在钢铁、水泥、铝业等大型企业运行中出现的故障等技术问题,对同步电机阻尼绕组的技术创新进行了研究,希望能为业界同行提供技术参考。 The damping winding of synchronous motor has become an indispensable part of the motor structure in the design of synchronous motor.The damping winding of synchronous motor not only plays an important role in the starting process of synchronous motor,but also can generate asynchronous starting torque by the interaction between the induced current in the damping winding group and the rotating magnetic field of the stator to make synchronous electricity The motor starts;it also plays an important role in regulating the stability of the motor in operation.In view of some technical problems in the operation of synchronous motor damping winding in steel,cement,aluminum and other large enterprises,this paper studies the technical innovation of synchronous motor damping winding,hoping to provide technical reference for the industry peers.
