摘要
固定管板式换热器是化工装备行业最常用的设备,管板受管程壳程压力和温度的作用时,受力情况比较复杂。采用Ansys workbench有限元分析软件对某换热器管板进行强度分析与模拟,探究管板结构的应力应变程度。结果表明:管板中心应变程度最为明显,变形位移量最大,由中心向边缘的延伸区域变形位移量逐渐减小,最大应力值出现在管板与法兰连接的螺栓孔处,此换热器管板结构符合强度要求,可以用于安全生产。
The fixed tubesheet heat exchanger is the most commonly used equipment in the chemical equipment industry.When the tubesheet is affected by the pressure and temperature in the shell side of the tube side,the stress situation is relatively complex.In this paper,ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software is used to analyze and simulate the strength of the tube sheet of a heat exchanger to explore the stress-strain degree of the tube sheet structure.The results show that the central strain of the tube sheet is the most obvious,and the deformation displacement is the largest.The deformation displacement in the extension area from the center to the edge gradually decreases,and the maximum stress appears in the bolt hole of the tube sheet and flange connection.After analysis,the tube sheet structure of the heat exchanger meets the strength requirements and can be used for safety production.
