摘要
通过对研齿原理的理论分析,找出影响齿轮齿距误差精度的主要因素。通过数学计算,得出不同参数下的研磨接触模型及可能对研齿后齿轮精度变化的影响。经过一系列的试验,验证了理论分析结果的正确性,对改善研齿后的齿轮齿距误差精度有很大的参考价值。
In this paper,through the theoretical analysis of the lapping principle,to find out the Gear lapping parameters which will affect gear tooth pitch error.Through mathematical calculation,it is concluded that the lapping contact model under various parameters and the influence on the accuracy of gear after lapping.Through a series of experiments,the correctness of the theoretical analysis results is verified,which is of great reference value to improve the accuracy of gear tooth pitch error.
