摘要
压铸铝相较于常规机加工铝合金具有成本低、效率高等特点,因而广泛应用于各行各业,但压铸铝因其成份、结构等特点在表面处理方式上有其局限性。对压铸铝进行钝化和阳极氧化处理效果的测试和分析。试验证明:在压铸铝表面处理工艺中钝化工艺日渐成熟但阳极氧化工艺成膜性能依然不能满足工业应用。
Aluminum alloy castings are widely used in all walks of life for the characteristics of low cost and high efficiency that compared to the conventional machining.However,the surface treatment of aluminum alloy casting has its limitations due to its composition and structure.This paper mainly introduces the testing and analysis of the passivation and anodizing effects of aluminum alloy castings.The test proves that,in the surface treatment process of die-cast aluminum,the passivation process is gradually mature,but the membrane properties of anodic oxidation process still cannot meet the industrial application.
