摘要
通过理实一体化教学改革,充分利用CAD、斯沃仿真软件,对企业需加工的典型轴类装配零件进行技术分析,提出设备选用,工序安排,编写程序,对加工程序进行程序检验,对首件设备试切过程出现问题并不断的优化加工方案。实践证明,学生通过类似学徒工培养的一系列训练后,提高了职业能力,为后续工作奠定了基础。
Through the integration of theory and practice teaching reform,making full use of CAD and Swarovski simulation software,teachers analyze the technical requirements of typical shaft assembly parts that need to be processed in enterprises,select equipment,arrange working procedures,and compile programs,perform program inspection on the process and process the first piece,appear the problem to the first piece trial cutting process and continuously optimize the processing plan.Practice has proved that students through a series of training similar to apprenticeships,improved their professional abilities and laid the foundation for the follow-up work.
