板材加工变形控制工艺的研究

在板材加工工艺技术的不断发展的当前,工艺技术的有效控制,直接关系到板材加工质量,同时也是保障加工经济效益的重要基础。对工艺技术、板材材质两个方面进行分析,找出板材加工变形的原因,提出了基于工艺技术、板材材质及加工区域选择等方面的板材加工变形的控制工艺,保障板材加工质量。

With the continuous development of plate processing technology,the effective control of process technology is directly related to the quality of plate processing,and is also an important basis to ensure the economic benefits of processing.This paper analyzes the process technology and material of plate,finds out the reason of deformation in plate processing,and puts forward the control technology of plate processing deformation based on process technology,plate material and processing area selection,so as to ensure the quality of plate processing.
