A Novel Hybrid Nine-level Inverter and Its Control Strategy

提出了一种新型混合九电平逆变器拓扑。分析了所提出拓扑的工作原理和调制策略,并研究了基于冗余开关状态选择的悬浮电容电压和中性点电压综合平衡控制策略;最后,通过仿真和实验验证了该拓扑的优越性和电容电压控制策略的有效性。

A novel hybrid nine-level inverter topology is proposed.The operation principles and modulation strategy of the proposed topology are analyzed,and the integrated balance control strategy of the floating capacitor voltage and the neutral point voltage based on the redundant switch state selection is studied.Finally,the feasibility of the topology and the effectiveness of the capacitor voltage control strategy are verified by simulation and experiment.
