钴渣制备氢氧化高钴的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 某锌冶炼公司湿法一、二期系统净化工序所产钴渣含钴低(Co4%~6%),含锌高(Zn10%~13%),直接外售不经济,拟将钴、锌从渣中分离,生产氢氧化高钴成品,以提高经济效益。公司经过多次试验确定了氧化焙烧-硫酸化焙烧-酸浸-双氧水氧化除铁-过硫酸铵氧化除锰-过硫酸铵氧化沉钴-沉钴后液除镍镉的工艺,较佳工艺条件全流程试验结果为:钴总回收率91.52%,锌总回收率90.66%;所得粗氢氧化高钴含钴50.69%,纯度94.56%,将此产品酸性洗涤除去锌镉可得到含Co(OH)3>98%纯度的工业级氢氧化高钴成品;所得除镍、镉后液质量可达到返炼锌系统净化工序的要求。 The cobalt slag produced in the first and second phase system purification process in a zinc smelting company has low cobalt content(Co 4%~6%)and high zinc content(Zn 10%~12%),and it is not economical to sell derectly.Separated from the slag to produce high cobalt hydroxide finished products to improve economic efficiency.The company intends to separate cobalt and zinc from the slag to produce high-cobalt hydroxide products to improve economic efficiency.After several tests,the process of oxidizing roasting-sulfurizing roasting-acid leaching-hydrogen peroxide oxidation iron removal-ammonium persulfate oxidation manganese removal-ammonium persulfate oxidation cobalt precipitation-cobalt precipitation liquid removal nickel cadmium was adopted.The test results of the whole process with better process conditions are as follows:total cobalt recovery rate 91.52%and total zinc recovery rate 90.66%;the resulting crude high cobalt hydroxide containing cobalt 50.69%,purity 94.56%,the industrial grade high cobalt hydroxide containing Co(OH)3>98%;the solution after nickel and cadmium removal meeting the requirement of the zinc refining system.
