摘要
石灰乳经常在有色金属冶炼项目的尾渣处理中被用到,高质量的石灰乳制备工艺方案及优秀的现场设计对工业化生产来说都是非常必要的。本文结合石灰乳制备的工艺设计,以及应用实践经验,探讨分析了石灰乳制备工艺中的设计要点和主要控制因素,指出通过热水乳化、石灰乳二次除渣等措施可提升石灰乳质量,在石灰消化和生产过程中产生的扬尘、废气、废液、废渣等均需进行恰当的分类处理。
Lime milk is often used in the tail slag treatment of non-ferrous metal smelting projects.High quality lime milk preparation process scheme and excellent site design are very necessary for industrial production.Combined with the process design of lime milk preparation and practical experience,this paper discusses and analyzes the design points and main control factors in the process of lime milk preparation.It is pointed out that the quality of lime milk can be improved by means of hot water emulsification and secondary slag removal of lime milk.The dust,waste gas,waste liquid and waste residue produced in the process of lime digestion and production need to be properly classified.
