摘要
个人学习账号和学分累计制度是构建终身学习体系、加快建设学习型社会的基础制度,强调个性化、多样化的学习观,更强调能力为本。在这样的制度背景下,优化开放教育专业、课程体系更能符合成年人的学习特征、满足成年人的学习需求。借鉴高等教育体系、职业教育体系中关于专业与课程体系的优化思路,遵循以学习者为中心、适应性、灵活性三项基本原则,探索了开放教育专业与课程体系优化路径,旨在为培养开放教育创新型人才提供策略,也为推动个人学习账号和学分累计制度的进一步落实落地奠定基础。
Systemizing an individual’s learning accounts and credits accumulation manifests a vision of capacity-based individualized and diversified learning,and lays a foundation for the lifelong learning mechanism and learning-oriented society.Such a scheme calls for an optimum discipline and course system to better accommodate adult learners’learning characteristics and needs.The present study borrows insights from higher education and vocational education,and proposes a three-principlebased approach to optimizing this system in the open education.This approach features learner-centeredness,adaptability and flexibility,and is expected to pave the way for realizing the system,and facilitate the open education to further its talent development.
