发达国家普惠性学前教育建设对我国学前教育发展的启示

What can China Learn from Developed Countries in Promoting Inclusive Pre-School Education?

当前许多发达国家普遍将学前教育视为公益性或准公益性公共事业,研究发达国家关于普惠性学前教育建设对解决当前我国学前教育现存问题以及普惠性学前教育发展具有借鉴意义。对此,本文首先分析了部分发达国家在普惠性学前教育建设方面的重要举措,紧接着重点剖析了目前我国学前教育建设过程中存在的相关问题;进而在借鉴发达国家成功经验的基础上,提出改善我国学前教育建设质量的政策启示。

Pre-School education is generally considered to be a(quasi)non-profit sector in many developed countries,and China can learn a lot from their successes in this respect.This paper firstly introduces measures taken in some of these countries,and summarizes their experiences.Then the paper analyzes problems in China.Finally,the paper advances some proposals to improve Chinese pre-school educational construction.
