摘要
网约车的伦理价值在于:推动了共享伦理关系的发展,促进了绿色消费伦理关系的发展,促成了信任陌生人伦理关系的生成。与此同时,网约车也对既有的伦理关系产生了影响,并随之带来了一些新的道德问题,如破坏了消费者平等消费的伦理关系,增加了交通拥堵从而削弱了出行便捷带来的幸福感,手机接单的营业方式破坏了行车道德,运作机制带来了违法犯罪问题等。网约车道德问题的化解需要政府部门、软件公司、运营商、车主和乘客的共同努力。第一,政府要履行自己的行政责任;第二,软件公司应优化网络约车软件系统,消除行车隐患;第三,政府部门、软件公司和运营商三方应明确责任,强化管理,严惩各种违法败德行为;第四,乘客要提高防范意识,确保自身生命财产安全。
The ethical values of the online car-hailing is to promote the development of shared ethical relations,promote the development of the relationship of green consumer ethics,and promote the generation of ethical relationships of trusting strangers. Meanwhile,the online car-hailing also has great impact on the existing ethical relationship and brought some new moral issues,such as destroying the ethical relationship of consumers’ equal consumption,increasing traffic congestion,and thus reducing travel convenience and the subsequent sense of well-being. The resolution of the ethical issues of the online car-hailing requires the joint efforts of government departments,software companies,operators,car owners and passengers. First,the government must fulfill its own administrative responsibilities. Second,the software company should optimize the online car-hailing software system to eliminate hidden dangers. Third,the government departments,software companies and operators should have clear responsibilities,strengthen their management,and severely punish various illegal or immoral activities. Fourth,passengers should raise their awareness of prevention and ensure the safety of their lives and property.
