在重大突发公共卫生事件背景下,我国仍欠缺规范化与机制化的线上法律援助服务体系。基于此,有必要先行从理论层面明确构建线上法律援助服务机制的正当性,进而厘清相关构建的司法维度。以此为依托,能够有效实现对现有线上法律援助服务资源的审视与整合,进而为线上法律援助服务机制的重构提供指引,以期保障特殊环境下公众的法律援助获得权以及法律援助服务的不缺位,推进法律援助体系与服务能力的现代化。

In the context of major public health emergencies,China still lacks a standardized and institu⁃tionalized online legal aid service system.In the view of this,it is necessary to first clarify the legitimacy of con⁃structing an online legal aid service mechanism from a theoretical level,and then clarify the judicial dimension of the relevant construction.Based on this,it can effectively realize the review and integration of existing online legal aid service resources,and then provide guidance for the reconstruction of the online legal aid service mechanism,in order to protect the public’s legal aid Rights and legal aid services are not absent,and promote the modernization of legal aid systems and service capabilities.
