大数据时代图书馆编目工作的现状及对策

Present situation and countermeasures of the library’s cataloging work in the era of big data

大数据时代图书馆编目工作的技术环境、编目对象、专业规范等方面都有了新的发展和变化,对当前的编目工作带来了前所未有的机遇与挑战。当前编目工作主要存在编目人员的业务素质有待提升"、编目外包"的数据套录不规范、数据库日常维护不及时及编目外延工作的探索创新不足等问题,特别对当前编目馆员的素质提出了更高的要求。针对当前存在的问题,提出一些具体建议,希望为大数据时代图书馆编目工作提供一些理论思考和实际对策。

The library’s cataloging work in the era of big data,which have been changed new developments and transformations in technical environment,cataloging objects and professional norms.At present,there are some problems in cataloging work,such as the professional quality of cataloging staff needs to be improved,the data cataloging outsourcing is not standardized,the daily maintenance of database is not timely,and the explora⁃tion and innovation of cataloging extension is not enough.In addition,the quality of cataloging staff put forward higher requirements in current.In view of current problems and combines with practical work,this paper pres⁃ents some specific suggestions for the cataloging work in order to provide the theoretical thinking and practical countermeasures for the library’s cataloging work in the era of big data.
