摘要
地方师范院校作为中小学教师人才培育基地,必然承担起培养合格师范生的重任。"卓越教师"自身教学能力与师范生教学能力质量呈正相关。"卓越教师"教学能力提升受各因素影响,从构建教师教学能力提升的指标体系,运用AHP层次分析法对指标权重及重要性进行赋值和排序。评价结果可对提升地方师范院校"卓越教师"教学能力提供参考。
As a talent training base for primary and secondary school teachers,local teacher training college must shoulder the responsibility for training qualified teachers.The teaching ability of“Excellent Teachers”is positively related to the teaching ability quality of normal students.By analyzing the various factors of the im⁃provement of the teaching ability of“Excellent Teachers”,the article establishs an index system for the improve⁃ment of teachers’teaching ability,and use the the AHP analysis method to weigh the importance of the indica⁃tor.The evaluation results provide an important basis and reference for the improvement of the teaching ability of“excellent teachers”in local normal colleges.
