摘要
将38CrMoAl钢加热至1000~1200℃的奥氏体化温度,保温时间为0~300 s,研究了奥氏体化温度和保温时间对奥氏体晶粒长大行为的影响。试验结果表明,试验钢奥氏体平均晶粒尺寸随奥氏体化温度升高而增大,且晶粒长大速率随着温度的升高而增大。在同一奥氏体化温度下,奥氏体平均晶粒尺寸随保温时间的增加逐渐增大,且晶粒长大速率随时间的延长逐渐减小。根据试验钢奥氏体晶粒尺寸试验数据,建立了38CrMoAl钢奥氏体晶粒尺寸与奥氏体化温度和保温时间关系的Sellars模型,并验证了模型的准确性。
38CrMoAl steel was austenitized by heating to 1000-1200 ℃ for 0-300 s by different process configurations.The effect of austenitizing temperature and holding time on the austenite grain growth behavior was studied.The results show that the average grain size of austenite in the tested steel increases with the increase of austenitizing temperature,and the grain growth rate increases with the increase of temperature.At the same austenitizing temperature,the average grain size of austenite increases with the increase of holding time,and the grain growth rate decreases with the increase of holding time.According to the test data of austenite grain size of the tested steel,the Sellars model of the austenite grain size and austenitizing temperature and holding time of the 38 CrMoAl steel was established,and the accuracy of the model was verified.
