某医院新职工及实习生艰难梭菌相关知识知晓率调查分析和干预研究

Investigation and intervention on the knowledge awareness rate of Clostridioides difficile among new staff and practitioners in the hospital

目的了解并评价医院新入岗职工和硕士实习生对艰难梭菌(Clostridioides difficile,CD)相关知识的掌握情况。方法自行设计CD相关知识调查问卷,由入岗新职工及硕士实习生无记名答卷,对CD相关知识进行考核,随后通过多媒体教学、专家现场演示等方式进行干预,培训结束后再次考核,对调查结果进行统计分析,比较干预前后考核结果差异及其影响因素。结果干预前488名研究对象考核成绩中位数为65(50,75)分,干预后454名研究对象考核成绩中位数为90(80,95)分,与干预前得分相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),考核前后人员性质对考核成绩均有影响,新职工成绩高于硕士实习生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论医院新职工及硕士实习生对CD相关知识认知不足,多元且系统的培训方法可以提高医院新职工及硕士实习生对CD相关知识的认知程度,医院岗前培训内容有必要加入CD相关知识的培训。

OBJECTIVE To investigate and evaluate the knowledge regarding Clostridioides difficile(CD)among new hospital staff and trainee doctors,in order to improve the awareness of CD,and provide theoretical basis for the design of pre-employment training courses to improve the hospital infection control management.METHODS General knowledge of CD were assessed anonymous by a self-designed questionnaire in all the new hospital staff and trainee doctors.After taking training courses of CD by the use of multi-media and live demonstrations by hospital infection control specialists,they were reassessed.RESULTS The median score in the 488 subjects before the intervention was 65(50,75),while that in the 454 subjects after the intervention was 90(80,95),which showed significant difference(P<0.001).Both before and after the intervention,the composition of the staff has an impact on the assessment results:the scores in the new hospital staff performance was significantly higher than that in the trainee doctors(P<0.001).CONCLUSION New hospital staff and trainee doctors have insufficient knowledge about CD.Plural training manners can significantly improve the awareness of C.difficile in the new hospital staff and trainee doctors.It is necessary to add content of CD in the pre-job training courses of the hospital.
