季德胜蛇药片在鱼蟹刺伤致局部皮肤反应治疗中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Jidesheng Snake Medicine Tables in the Treatment of Local Skin Reaction Caused by Fish and Crab Stab

目的:探讨季德胜蛇药片在鱼蟹刺伤致局部皮肤反应治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年5月~2019年10月门诊收治的70例鱼蟹刺伤轻型局部皮肤肿痛反应患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和常规组各35例。观察组局部给予季德胜蛇药片外用,每日2次,连用7 d;常规组给予氧氟沙星乳膏和复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏外用,每日2次,连用7 d。观察两组治疗后局部皮肤肿胀范围、疼痛视觉模拟评分法评分,对比两组局部皮肤肿胀消退时间、疼痛消退时间和伤口愈合时间。结果:两组均经外用药物治愈,无外科手术干预病例。治疗7 d后,观察组局部皮肤肿胀面积小于常规组,疼痛视觉模拟评分法评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肿胀消退时间和疼痛消退时间显著短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组伤口愈合时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:季德胜蛇药片外用可以加快鱼蟹刺伤致局部皮肤反应的消退,明显改善患者肿胀和疼痛症状。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Jidesheng Snake medicine tables treatment on local skin reaction caused by fish and crab stab.Methods:70 Patients with mild local skin swelling and pain reactions caused by fish and crab stab admitted to the clinic from May 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(n=35)and conventional group(n=35).The observation group was given external use of Jidesheng Snake medicine tables twice,7 days;the conventional group was given external use of ofloxacin cream and compound dexamethasone acetate cream twice,for 7 days.After the intervention,the extent of local skin swelling and the change of pain degree of Visual Analogy Scale(VAS)score were observed.The regression time of local skin swelling and pain,wound healing time were compared between the two groups.Results:The two groups’patients were cured by external medicine,and no surgical intervention was found.After 7 days of intervention,the areas of local skin swelling and VAS pain scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The regression time of local skin swelling and pain in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in wound healing time between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The external application of Jidesheng Snake medicine tables can accelerate the regression of local skin reaction caused by fish and crab stab,and obviously improve the symptoms of swelling and pain.
